Cultivating Results-Oriented Thinking to Empower Management Transformation — The Company Successfully Hosted the Second “Please Deliver Results” Book Club Event

To further embed our management philosophy and translate results‑oriented thinking from theory into practice, the company recently held the second session of its “Please Deliver Results” book‑sharing event. Senior leadership and all mid‑level managers gathered to build on their initial learning, focusing on applying these principles, refining operational practices, and enhancing managerial effectiveness. Through in‑depth discussions and spirited exchanges, they strengthened shared understanding and clarified concrete next steps.

 

At the meeting, mid-level managers drew on their day-to-day responsibilities and real-world case studies to share concrete examples of how results‑oriented thinking is applied in routine management, task execution, and team collaboration. Participants discussed the role of results‑focused thinking in guiding work, refining managerial practices, and driving problem‑solving, offering insights, presenting case studies, and proposing actionable ideas. Their contributions vividly demonstrated the positive impact of translating learning into enhanced operational effectiveness, while also providing valuable, practical lessons for future management improvements.

 

Following the mid-level sharing session, Chen Yi, Executive Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a closing address. He commended the thorough organization of this book‑sharing event and the participants’ thoughtful reflections, noting that, after two rounds of study, results‑oriented thinking has gradually taken root across the organization. He urged all managers to use this as a fresh starting point, further strengthen their sense of responsibility, enhance their responsiveness, and more effectively integrate the insights gained into their job responsibilities.

 

He emphasized that the company is currently at a critical juncture of steady growth and quality‑driven upgrading, placing higher demands on management capabilities, operational efficiency, and team collaboration. He urged all mid‑level leaders to proactively align themselves with the company’s development pace, continuously refine their managerial skills, streamline their working methods, and elevate their overall performance. By delivering more efficient execution and adopting a more pragmatic approach, they should keep pace with the company’s progress and ensure that both the team and the company grow and advance together.

 

Mr. Lu Biao, Chairman of the Company, delivered a concluding address centered on the core principles of management, systematically expounding and emphasizing key elements such as the four essential components of results, the responsibilities of managers, and the requirements for implementers, thereby further clarifying the essence of management and the standards for action. Drawing on the company’s actual management practices, Chairman Lu clearly outlined the priority areas for improvement in the next phase:

First, we will strengthen clear and concise communication to ensure more precise information flow, more efficient directive issuance, and smoother coordination and alignment. Second, we will elevate our process‑management capabilities, ensuring that objectives are well defined, processes remain under control, and outcomes are predictable, thereby leveraging high‑quality processes to deliver high‑quality results. Finally, Chairman Lu emphasized that all management personnel must firmly embrace a value‑driven mindset and a strong sense of teamwork, consistently orienting their work toward results, vigorously promoting collaborative efforts, and striving to establish an “iron triangle” model of team cooperation characterized by shared goals, joint accountability, and highly effective synergy. By doing so, we will bolster our cohesion, execution capacity, and overall combat effectiveness, propelling the company’s management to a new level of excellence.

 

This book‑sharing session served both as a forum for further aligning our thinking and deepening our principles, and as a mobilization meeting focused on practical application and driving continuous improvement. Moving forward, the company will remain guided by results‑oriented thinking, translating learning outcomes into tangible work results, continuously enhancing management capabilities, refining our work style, and strengthening team collaboration, thereby providing solid support for the company’s sustained and healthy development.
