Founded and nurtured by experts and professors from Wuhan University, the company has a registered capital of RMB 75.24 million. In 2015, it completed its shareholding reform and was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), with stock code 833324. Disai New Materials is recognized as a national high‑tech enterprise and a nationally designated “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche fields. Its Technology Center has been accredited as a Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
Disai New Materials primarily engages in the research, development, production, and sales of functional, environmentally friendly surface‑treatment materials and optoelectronic new materials. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Wuhan Disai New Materials Co., Ltd., is located in the Gedian Development Zone of Ezhou City, while its controlling subsidiary, Hubei Disai Hongding High‑Tech Materials Co., Ltd., is situated in Xisaishan District, Huangshi City.

All three major business segments have entered a phase of high-quality development, with the optoelectronic materials segment achieving significant technological breakthroughs and successfully transitioning to industrialization.
- R&D Breakthrough: In 2024, a series of high-end optoelectronic materials characterized by BCB were successfully developed and recognized as national-level innovative products; in 2025, the next-generation DSBCB high-frequency, high-speed, all‑carbon‑hydrogen resin will enter smooth mass production.
- Production Capacity Layout: The optoelectronics project has a total planned investment of RMB 1 billion. The first-phase production line, with an annual capacity of 1,000 tons, has successfully completed trial operations, while the second-phase 2,000-ton-per-year production line is currently under construction.
- Industry Position: In the surface engineering materials sector, the company has reached a new pinnacle in its industry standing, serving as both chair and vice-chair of the relevant association. In 2022, it was recognized as a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche fields; in 2024, it was awarded the title of “Hubei Province Manufacturing Single-Champion.”

Building on the strength and growth of our core business segments, we are initiating capacity expansion and strategically incubating a third business segment—optoelectronic materials.
- Following its listing on the New Third Board, the company has garnered additional industry accolades, including “Hidden Champion” and “Little Giant of Science and Technology.”
- Capacity Expansion: In 2019, a new production line at the Gedian plant was completed and put into operation.
- Business Expansion: In 2019, the Optoelectronic Materials Division of Disai was established, launching innovative research in the field of high-end optoelectronic materials.
- R&D Foundation: In 2020, the Dicai Technology Center was recognized as a Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
- Brand Upgrade: In 2021, the company’s abbreviated name was changed from “Disai Environmental Protection” to “Disai New Materials.”
Mature and Development Phase
Strategically focused, we will pioneer and scale up our second business segment—surface engineering materials—and complete its transformation into a standardized, capital‑driven operation.
- In 2005, the company officially entered the field of environmentally friendly metal surface treatment.
- From 2006 to 2011, the core product—a chromium-free passivator—was successfully developed and achieved large-scale deployment at major domestic steel mills, marking a significant market breakthrough.
- In 2012, the company was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, and the Gedian plant commenced operations.
- In 2013–2014, the company obtained ISO/TS 16949 certification, paving the way for expansion into the automotive and other sectors.
- In 2015, the company completed its shareholding reform and was listed on the New Third Board.
