Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products.
2. Based on the company’s regional sales targets, develop a sales plan for this region, break down these targets, and organize their implementation.
3. Conduct customer development in the regional market and establish a distribution network.
4. Acquire new customers, maintain existing ones, expand business channels, and regularly visit both new and long-standing clients in urban areas.
5. Develop monthly product promotion plans for the region and conduct post-event analysis and summaries after each campaign.
Job Requirements:
1. High school diploma or above; aged 22–40. Must be hardworking, resilient, passionate about sales, and possess strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
2. At least six months of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry; candidates with experience in the alcoholic beverages sector are preferred, as are veterans.
