Product Features
1. Desytek® flame retardant contains multiple BCB active groups and can cure with unsaturated resins under heated conditions.
2. While delivering excellent flame-retardant performance, Desytek® flame retardants can further enhance the glass transition temperature (Tg) and heat resistance of the formulation, with minimal impact on its electrical properties.
3. Desytek® flame retardant contains no polar groups and is suitable for flame-retardant applications in low-dielectric materials.
Usage characteristics
Desytek® flame retardants can undergo addition‑curing reactions with monomers or resins containing unsaturated bonds, yielding a rigid three‑dimensional structure whose basic building blocks are benzene rings and six‑membered heterocyclic rings. This enhances the glass transition temperature (Tg) and thermal stability of the formulation while reducing the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the cured material.
