Its wholly owned subsidiary, Wuhan Disai New Materials Co., Ltd., is located in the Gedian Development Zone of Ezhou City, while its controlling subsidiary, Hubei Disai Hongding High‑Tech Materials Co., Ltd., is situated in Xisaishan District, Huangshi City.
